Minnesota Twins DFS SPIN
Jorge Polanco went 2-for-4 with a solo homer in the Twins’ loss to the White Sox on Tuesday. Polanco’s third home run off the year came off a Dylan Cease fastball in the second inning -- hit hard at 106 mph. The 27-year-old also added a single in the seventh inning for his third straight multi-hit game. Polanco is certainly picking up steam offensively: in his last seven games, he’s slashing .391/.481/.870, over 27 plate appearances.
Chicago White Sox DFS SPIN
Yasmani Grandal hit his third home run of the year as the White Sox beat the Twins 9-3 on Tuesday. Grandal finds his power every now and then. The 32-year-old catcher tied the game with a three-run shot in the second inning, off an 84 mph Kenta Maeda splitter. He might have one of the most interesting slash lines in baseball: his .121 average and .372 OBP suggests that he mostly just draws free passes, and that’s partly true: he currently leads the AL in walks with 27. Despite his problems with contact as of late, Grandal still touts a 108 wRC+ over 95 plate appearances.
Twins vs. White Sox Betting Prediction
The under is 6-1 in the last seven meetings between these two teams and is 4-1 in the last five meetings in Chicago. On the other side, the under is 5-2-1 in the White Sox’ last eight games versus a team with a winning percentage below .400 and is 6-2 in their last eight games during Game 2 of a series.
