In practical terms, a contrarian might look at Green Bay +1.5 if the move has over-adjusted.

Using Public Percentages with Line Movement
Ticket percentages are best used as context. Track where the crowd is, then watch how the number reacts. If the line follows heavy ticket percentages without resistance, value may be thin.
