Yankees manager Aaron Boone told reporters that Gio Urshela (back) is day-to-day and could be available off the bench against Cleveland. Urshela is deal with back tightness that caused him to leave Wednesday's loss to the Braves. It sounds like this is mostly precautionary, and assuming no setbacks the starting third baseman should be back in the lineup over the weekend against Cleveland.

Logan Allen lasted just two-plus innings and gave up five runs -- four earned -- Friday in a loss to the Reds. Allen retired six in a row to start the game, but the third inning, which opened with a Jose Ramirez error, was an absolute disaster. He never retired a batter, giving up a HBP and three singles before being pulled. Phil Maton came on at that point and allowed all three inherited runners to score. The ugly outing leaves Allen with a 5.25 ERA, but he's been better than that suggests. He'll face the Yankees next.
Yankees vs. Indians Betting Prediction
The Yankees are 6-1 in their last six meetings versus the Indians and are 5-0 in their last five games in Cleveland. They’re also 9-0 in their last nine games versus American League Central opponents, while the Indians are just 1-5 in their last six games overall and are 6-26 in their last 32 games as an underdog.
