Milwaukee Bucks DFS Notes
Boston Giannis Antetokounmpo dominated the Heat in Game 4 with 20 points, 15 assists, 12 rebounds and two blocks as the Bucks completed their series sweep, 4-0. Giannis has been dialed in on both ends, helping limit the Heat to 95.0 points per game in their last three outings. "We've set the tone defensively," Antetokounmpo said. "We're keeping guys in front of us." The Bucks will now anxiously wait for the winner of the Brooklyn vs. Boston series in a matchup that promises to be an instant classic. Khris Middleton added 20 points, 11 rebounds, three assists and two triples for the Bucks, while Brook Lopez feasted with 25 points, eight rebounds and two blocks.
Brooklyn Nets DFS Notes
James Harden scored 34 points on 10-of-17 shooting (4-of-7 3-pointers) with 10 rebounds, 10 assists, two steals, two blocks, and just one turnover in 39 minutes to close out the Celtics with a 123-109 win in Tuesday's Game 5. Harden has played the role of the point guard and facilitator since joining forces with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant in Brooklyn. On Tuesday night though, Harden was a magician and looked like the best player on the floor as he was able to score from all three levels, get easy shots for everyone on the floor with him, and completely pick apart the Boston defense all night long. Harden posted a +22 plus/minus, second on the Nets to just Kyrie Irving. The Nets defeated the Celtics in five games to move on to the second round where they will face the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference semi-finals.
Bucks vs. Nets Playoffs Prediction
The Bucks are 29-11-1 against the spread in their last 41 meetings with the Nets overall and are 16-4-1 against the number in their last 21 home games versus Milwaukee. That said, the Bucks are also winless against the spread in their last eight games as an underdog and have not covered in their last five attempts as a road underdog. On the other side, the Nets are a perfect 6-0 against the spread in their last six home games, are 10-1 against the number in their last 11 games as a home favorite and are 9-1 at the betting window in their last 10 games overall.
