Golden State Warriors DFS Notes
Stephen Curry stayed hot on Monday despite his sore ankle and torched his brother, Seth, for 49 points, three rebounds, five assists and 10 3-pointers on 14-of-28 shooting in a 107-96 win at Philadelphia. Curry is on a historic run, becoming the first player in NBA history to hit at least 50 3-pointers over a six-game span and he's scored at least 20 points in seven of his last nine halves played. He's now easily averaging over 40 points in April and has scored at least 40 points in four of his last five games. The return of Kelly Oubre (thankfully) didn't slow him down and he decided to catch fire just in time for the fantasy playoffs. Hopefully, he keeps fighting for wins and continues to play like this through the end of the season. The Warriors are just 1.5 games behind the Grizzlies for the No. 8 seed and look poised to make the play-in tournament as long as Curry keeps going. And that should be all the incentive he needs.
Washington Wizards DFS Notes
Russell Westbrook recorded his 26th triple-double of the season on Monday, scoring 13 points with 17 assists, 11 rebounds, three steals and one 3-pointer in 39 minutes. Westbrook recently became the first player in NBA history to have at least 25 triple-doubles in four different seasons. He's also the first player to notch 15 of them in a 20-game span, and what he's doing is so unique that it's hard to put his accomplishments into proper context. As usual, Monday's stat line was a mixed bag for fantasy purposes since he's also shot 5-of-18 from the field and 2-of-6 from the line with eight turnovers. Classic Westbrook.
Warriors vs. Wizards Game Prediction
