MLB Betting Trends
Houston
The Astros are 5-2 in the last seven Greinke road starts. Houston is 36-15 in its last 51 games overall.
Washington
The Nationals are 8-0 in their last eight playoff games. Washington is 4-0 in its last four Friday games.
Prediction:
Houston had a historically good regular season and it was weird watching it take it on the chin at home in Game 2, especially after dropping the World Series opener. This is a must-win Game 3 for the Astros and I like their chances, especially if they give Greinke a little more rope this time around. While he hasn't been great in the postseason, Greinke has the ability to drop a gem on 'em any time he takes the hill. I'm banking on that happening here as his cool and collected demeanor at all times suits the desperation of the situation perfectly. Sanchez was awesome against the Cardinals, but this Houston offense is an entirely different beast. I like Houston to get a game back here and make this series interesting.
