Ramon Laureano hit a two-run homer in the top of the ninth inning in the Athletics' 6-4 win on Wednesday over the Dodgers. Laureano singled in a run in the seventh inning, as well. The big blow, however, was a two-run shot in the ninth inning with the score tied at 4-4 off of Blake Treinen to give the A's a 6-4 lead and ultimately a victory. It's the sixth homer for Laureano, and the 26-year-old has plated 24 runs so far in the shortened campaign. It's been a disappointing year for Laureano, and despite the big game he's slashing .218/.346/.371 in his 50 appearances.

Los Angeles Dodgers DFS Spin

Cody Bellinger hit a solo homer in a loss to the Athletics on Wednesday. Bellinger swatted a solo shot in the seventh inning to make it 4-3 A's off of Sean Manaea. The 2019 MVP has gone deep 12 times in 53 games, and he's plated 29 runs in his 205 at-bats. The power stroke has been there for Bellinger, but his overall slash is a very disappointing .239/.325/.454. It's more than a hypothesis that Bellinger would have ended the year with much better numbers in a full 162-game schedule.

A's vs. Dodgers MLB Betting Prediction

The under is 9-4-1 in the last 14 meetings between these two teams and is 33-15-3 in the A’s last 51 games when facing an opponent with a winning record. The under is also 4-1-1 in the A’s last six games overall and is 15-5-1 in their last 21 games when they’re listed as an underdog. On the other side, the under is 3-1-1 in the Dodgers’ last five games when facing a right-handed starter and with Buehler on the hill for L.A. tonight, I don’t see the A’s scoring enough to help push this final score over the total.
