Taylor hits walk-off homer in 10th
Chris Taylor sent the Dodgers to a 3-2 victory Tuesday night with a solo homer in the bottom of the 10th inning versus Colorado, giving the hosts a 3-2 victory. He finished 2-for-4 in the contest with the home run. Manny Machado went 2-for-4 with a double and a run. Matt Kemp finished 1-for-4 with an RBI. Dylan Floro picked up the win in relief as he struck out both batters he faced.
Blackmon reaches base three times
Charlie Blackmon finished 1-for-3 with a solo home run plus two walks in yesterday's defeat. Ian Desmond was 1-for-3 with a walk and his 20th stolen base of the season. Garrett Hampson was 1-for-2 with a walk and a run. Adam Ottavino suffered the loss in relief as he allowed one earned run on one hit with one strikeout in 1 1/3 innings.
Tyler Anderson (6-9, 4.82 ERA) takes the mound for Colorado tonight, while Los Angeles will go with Walker Buehler (7-5, 2.88).
MLB Betting Trends
Colorado
The Rockies are 9-4 in their last 13 Wednesday games. Colorado is 1-8 in Anderson's last nine starts versus the Dodgers.
Los Angeles
The Dodgers are 9-3 in their last 12 home games. The under is 6-2 in the last eight meetings.
Prediction:
Los Angeles has the big-time pitching advantage tonight, but the Rockies have seen Buehler three times so they might get to him a little bit. Anderson shouldn't be able to hold down the LA offense, so I think the best play on the board here is the over.
MLB DAILY PREDICTION: ROCKIES/DODGERS OVER 7.5
