Peter Fairbanks took the loss in relief as he gave up five runs (three earned) on three hits with no strikeouts and one walk over one-third of an inning. MLB Betting Trends
Tampa Bay
The Rays are 4-1 in their last five games versus a team with a winning record. Tampa Bay is 13-6 in its last 19 games versus the NL West.
Los Angeles
The Dodgers are 6-1 in their last seven Wednesday games. Los Angeles is 52-16 in its last 68 home games.
Prediction:
The Dodgers are very difficult to beat at home and have a bunch of power hitters ready to do damage against McKay. While the rookie will be good in the future, he is still figuring it out right now. Gonsolin is also a rookie, but I trust him a little more right now. While Tampa Bay needs wins, this is a tough matchup and I'd rather go with the hosts here.
