MLB Betting Trends
Atlanta
The Braves are 5-1 in their last six Tuesday games. Atlanta is 4-0 in the last four Fried road starts.
Philadelphia
The Phillies are 11-2 in their last 13 Tuesday games. Philadelphia is 2-5 in the last seven Vargas starts.
Prediction:
Atlanta has played consistently well far more often than Philly this season and is rounding into playoff form. Fried has benefited from run support all year and while Vargas has had his moments, he still isn't a pitcher I put a lot of trust in against good offenses. The Braves have also seen an improved bullpen and I like them to continue their winning ways by winning again today.
