He set a Braves team record with his eighth leadoff home run of the season, doing it in only 45 games hitting in that spot of the lineup. Ender Inciarte went 2-for-5 with a triple and two runs. Nick Markakis went 2-for-4 with two RBIs. Freddie Freeman came off the bench and hit a solo home run in his lone at-bat. Johan Camargo was 1-for-3 with a walk. Pollock went 2-for-4 in the win, while Paul Goldschmidt was 1-for-4 with an RBI. Eduardo Escobar finished 1-for-3 with a walk and a run. Nick Ahmed went 1-for-4 with a triple, a run and an RBI. MLB Betting Trends

Atlanta

The under is 7-0-1 in the last eight Braves road games. Atlanta is 2-6 in its last eight games overall.

Arizona

The under is 20-6-1 in the last 27 Diamondbacks games overall. Arizona is 21-9 in its last 30 Thursday games.

Prediction:

Sanchez has been outstanding this season for Atlanta as a stabilizing force in the rotation, while Greinke continues to offer consistency. With both teams struggling a bit recently, I think each offense is going to find it difficult to score runs against the respective opposing pitcher. The best play here is the under.
