Jonathan Villar helped lead the way as he was 3-for-5 with a stolen base, two runs and an RBI from the leadoff spot. Craig Gentry was 3-for-5 with his first homer of the season, two runs and three RBIs. Trey Mancini finished 2-for-4 with a double, a triple, two runs and an RBI. Adam Jones was 4-for-5 with two runs and an RBI. Chris Davis went 3-for-5 with a double, a run and three RBIs. Tim Beckham ended the game 1-for-4 with a homer, two runs and three RBIs. Renato Nunez was 1-for-2 with a walk and a run. Josh Rogers earned the win as he allowed three earned runs on seven hits over five innings, striking out one and walking two.

Grichuk has four-hit night

Randal Grichuk finished 4-for-5 with a home run and two RBIs in yesterday's loss by Toronto. Devon Travis went 1-for-4 with a walk and two runs. Justin Smoak was 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBIs. Kevin Pillar ended the game 2-for-5 with an RBI, while Teoscar Hernandez was also 2-for-5. Danny Jansen walked twice in four plate appearances. Thomas Pannone took the loss as he gave up seven earned runs on nine hits with no strikeouts and a walk in 3 1/3 innings.

MLB Betting Trends

The Blue Jays are 7-19 in their last 26 Wednesday games. The over is 33-16-2 in the last 51 Toronto road games.

The Orioles are 2-10 in the last 12 meetings. Baltimore is 22-60 in its last 82 games overall.

It's difficult to take the O's as any sort of favorite and especially banking on them to win for a third time in a row, but the fact of the matter is their offense is hot right now and Cobb has pitched very well lately. Toronto is also in sleepwalk mode right now and can be faded even against bad teams. Baltimore looks to be the right play again today.
