New York Mets Fantasy Spin
Amed Rosario went 4-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored as his team fell to the Braves on Wednesday. All four of his knocks were singles, including one off Mark Melancon in the ninth inning that plated Juan Lagares. The 23-year-old shortstop has taken a step forward this year at the plate and has his slash line up to .281/.319/.438 with 12 home runs and 49 RBI in 116 games. He's stolen 14 bases in 20 attempts as well.
Atlanta Braves Fantasy Spin
Ender Inciarte went 2-for-3 with two RBI and a run scored in a 6-4 triumph over the Mets on Wednesday. He roped a double to left field that plated Josh Donaldson with the game's first run in the second inning. He struck again with an RBI-single that scored Donaldson with the first of a five-run seventh-inning outburst for the Braves. Inciarte missed two months of action earlier this year with a back injury but has returned to playing every day in center field. He's been okay with the bat but hasn't run as much as in previous seasons, possibly due to the back injury. He could be a sneaky source of steals down the stretch now that he is fully healthy again. He stole 28 bases last year, which was 12th in the majors, but has just seven in 63 games this year.
