Braves rookie phenom Ronald Acuna Jr. hit a home run on the first pitch he saw in the first inning last night and then added another homer later in the game to lead the way to a 10-6 victory, his seventh and eighth homers in his last eight games. He ended the game 3-for-5 with the two home runs and four RBIs. Charlie Culberson finished 2-for-5 with a solo homer. Freddie Freeman was 2-for-4 with a solo homer, a walk and two runs. Jesse Biddle picked up the win in relief as he gave up one earned run on three hits with four strikeouts and no walks in two innings.

Realmuto drives in four

Marlins catcher J.T. Realmuto finished 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBIs in Tuesday's loss. Rafael Ortega was 3-for-4 with a double, a walk, a stolen base, two runs and an RBI. Magneuris Sierra went 2-for-4 with a stolen base and two runs. Adam Conley suffered the loss in relief as he allowed five earned runs on five hits with one strikeout over two innings.

MLB Betting Trends

Miami

The Marlins are 5-17 in their last 22 games overall. Miami is 23-52 in its last 75 road games.

Atlanta

The Braves are 14-3 in their last 17 home games versus the Marlins. The over is 43-20-3 in the last 66 meetings.

Prediction:

Atlanta has blitzed through this series and I don't see them slowing down here. Gausman was fantastic his last start and seems re-energized in his new setting. The Braves have seen what Urena has to offer and they are set up well to continue his struggles on the mound.
