Yelich extends hit streak to 15

The red-hot Christian Yelich recorded two hits in four at-bats Tuesday, scoring the game's only run and extending his hitting streak to 15 games. Lorenzo Cain was 1-for-4 with an RBI double in the third inning, while in the eighth he made a home run-saving catch off the bat of LA slugger Cody Bellinger. Mike Moustakas finished the game 2-for-4. Wade Miley threw seven shutout innings to get the win, allowing two hits with five strikeouts and two walks. Jeremy Jeffress threw a spotless ninth inning with a strikeout to earn his fourth save.

Dodgers only manage two hits

Los Angeles only had two hits in Tuesday's contest as Yasiel Puig went 1-for-3, while Austin Barnes finished 1-for-2. Walker Buehler took the hard-luck loss as he allowed one earned run on five hits with seven strikeouts and no walks over seven innings.

Chase Anderson (7-7, 3.69 ERA) will start today for the Brewers, while Rich Hill 4-4, 3.82) starts for the Dodgers.

MLB Betting Trends

Milwaukee

The under is 13-3-1 in Anderson's last 17 road starts. Milwaukee is 8-3 in Anderson's last 11 Wednesday starts.

Los Angeles

The under is 8-2 in the last 10 meetings. The over is 1-0 in Hill's last 13 starts overall.

Prediction:

Hill has been awesome as of late and appears to have his injury concerns behind him from now. While Milwaukee has been red-hot, it has a high strikeout rate and is playing in a pitcher's park. Los Angeles' offense is due to bust out and Anderson is not exactly unhittable. Place your bet on a Dodgers victory here.
