Los Angeles Dodgers DFS Notes
David Price allowed three runs on four hits and one walk with four strikeouts over 5 2/3 innings in a no-decision against the Rockies on Friday. Price had his longest outing of the season on Friday against the Rockies, going 5 2/3 while giving up three runs. Elias Diaz got Colorado on the board in the third inning with a leadoff home run. Trevor Story homered with two outs in the sixth. Charlie Blackmon followed with a walk, and that would do it for Price. Blackmon would later come in to score on a single by Ryan McMahon. Price now has a 3.35 ERA, 1.46 WHIP, and 39 strikeouts over 40 1/3 innings. The 35-year-old right-hander will make his next start against the Giants in San Francisco next week.

Cueto tied a season-high with seven strikeouts on Friday against the Pirates. He tossed 60-of-82 pitches for strikes and generated 12 whiffs for a strong 33 percent CSW rate (called strikes plus whiffs). Cueto allowed three runs on the day, giving up an RBI triple to Gregory Polanco in the second inning and a two-run homer to Bryan Reynolds in the third. The 35-year-old right-hander has a respectable 4.09 ERA, 1.26 WHIP, and 77 strikeouts over 88 innings. He'll take on the Dodgers in San Francisco next week.
Dodgers vs. Giants MLB Betting Prediction
The Giants have been a great bet when playing the third game of a series, cashing 10 times in their last 12 opportunities. They’re also 6-2 in their last eight games played on Thursday, are 13-6 in their last 19 home games versus a left-handed starter and are 40-19 in their last 59 home games (pending the result of Wednesday night’s matchup). Price is also far removed from the dominant starter that we’ve seen in years past and the Giants have been a thorn in the Dodgers’ side all season.
