MLB Betting Trends
Oakland
The Athletics are 10-1 in their last 11 games following a loss and 6-0 in their last six Tuesday games.
Houston
The Astros have won six straight against winning teams and five straight against right-handed starters.
Prediction:
The Astros look really strong right now and they have another greater starter on the mound tonight. Wade Miley is 4-1 at home over eight starts with a 1.86 ERA. In two starts against Oakland, he has a 1.54 ERA. Fiers has been one of Oakland’s better starters, but he has a 4.94 ERA on the road and a lofty 8.64 ERA in two starts against Houston. The Astros have too powerful of a lineup and their arms are too strong for Oakland to handle on the road.
MLB Prediction: Houston Astros -155
