San Francisco Giants Fantasy Spin

Brandon Crawford hit a solo homer to help the Giants beat the Rockies in the second game of a doubleheader on Monday. What a day it was for Crawford, as he also homered twice and drove in eight in game one of the doubleheader. This homer was a solo shot off of Chi Chi Gonzalez, and it gives the shortstop nine on the 2019 campaign. Crawford also drew a walk, so he's now slashing .240/.310/.397. It's improving, but it's still not what you're looking for in a fantasy option.

Colorado Rockies Fantasy Spin

Ryan McMahon popped a solo home run Monday against the Giants. McMahon's line drive off of Jeff Samardzija in the seventh inning just cleared the wall in right field. He also drew a walk in one of his other plate appearances. The home run was only McMahon's second since the beginning of June.

MLB Betting Trends

San Francisco

The Giants are 6-1 in their last seven games overall and 6-0 in their last six games versus National League West rivals.

Colorado

The Rockies have lost nine of their last 11 games and are just 2-6 in their last eight played at Coors Field.

Prediction:

The Giants swept their double header with the Rockies on Monday but are still only 6-20 in their last 26 games played at Coors Field. They’re also winless in Drew Pomeranz’s last four starts and have dropped four of his last five outings versus the division. The Rockies are scuffling bad, but are also 8-3 in their last 11 home games when facing a lefty and are 17-8 in their last 25 home games versus a team with a losing record. I backed Colorado in Game 1 yesterday and it was a disaster from the first inning on. But I like the Rox to rebound tonight with a victory.

The Pick: Colorado Rockies -135
