Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said after Friday's game that Max Muncy is considered day-to-day with his right ankle injury. Muncy said his ankle didn't feel right after running out a double play in the fourth inning, so the club pulled him as a precautionary measure. He'll be re-evaluated on Saturday, but the early indications are that the injury isn't serious and won't require a trip to the injured list. Fantasy managers can breathe easy.
Atlanta Braves DFS Spin
Freddie Freeman hit his 13th homer Friday in the first inning against the Dodgers. Freeman went on to strike out three times in four at-bats over the rest of the game, so his batting average dropped a point to .226. The 2020 NL MVP just hasn't been able to get on any sort of roll thus far, though at least he is on pace for 38 homers anyway.
