Grayson Greiner ended the contest 2-for-3 with a walk and an RBI. Baltimore earned a 5-3 victory Monday afternoon at home over Detroit to improve to 17-37 overall and 7-19 at home. MLB Betting Trends
Detroit
The Tigers are 17-35 in their last 52 Tuesday games. Detroit is 7-18 in the last 25 Boyd starts on the road.
Baltimore
The Orioles are 6-20 in the last 26 Bundy starts. Baltimore is 29-73 in its last 102 games overall.
Prediction:
Detroit seems to check out against poor competition as evidenced by getting swept at home by Miami and now losing yesterday at Baltimore. The Tigers don't fare well in Boyd's road starts despite him being the superior pitcher in this matchup. Bundy is inconsistent, but very capable of strong starts especially against poor offenses like Detroit. I'm going to take the hosts for a second home win in as many days.
