Cincinnati Reds DFS SPIN
Nick Castellanos went 1-for-5 with a solo homer in Friday's loss to the Cardinals. Castellanos' sixth-inning blast was the only offense the Reds could manage against Kwang Hyun Kim. He actually came up with the chance to put the Reds ahead in the ninth, but he struck out against Alex Reyes. Cardinals fans probably enjoyed that one. Castellanos is now up to seven homers and 14 RBI on the year to go along with a strong .292/.320/.653 batting line.
St. Louis Cardinals DFS SPIN
Cardinals activated OF Tyler O'Neill from the 10-day injured list. O'Neill takes the roster spot vacated by John Nogowski, who has been placed on the injured list with a bone bruise in his left hand. The 25-year-old slugger appeared in just nine games, slashing .138/.167/.276 across 30 plate appearances, before hitting the injured list with a groin issue. He boasts enough raw over-the-fence pop to warrant consideration in deeper mixed leagues and NL-only formats, but he's struggled to get to that power in game action at the highest level over the past few seasons.
Reds vs. Cardinals Betting Prediction
The Reds are now just 4-9 in their last 13 games versus the Cardinals in St. Louis and have dropped five straight overall. They’re also 0-4 in their last four games as a road underdog, are 0-6 in their last six games versus an opponent with a losing record and are 1-4 in their last five road games when facing a right-handed starter.
