Back in the lineup after a three-day break, Jung Ho Kang homered in the Pirates' extra-innings win over the Tigers on Tuesday. Kang's two-run blast in the fourth inning put the Pirates up 3-0 and it looked like it was going to hold up before the Tigers knotted things up in the ninth. Pittsburgh then re-took the lead for good with Starling Marte's two-run blast in the 10th. Kang isn't guaranteed anything as far as playing time goes, but the power remains intriguing enough to stick with him in deep leagues.
Detroit Tigers Fantasy Spin
Niko Goodrum (illness) finished 1-for-4 with a run scored in his return Tuesday versus the Pirates. Goodrum missed a handful of games while battling flu-like symptoms.
