Milwaukee Brewers DFS SPIN
Freddy Peralta struck out five while permitting five runs over 4 1/3 innings against the Rockies on Monday. Peralta was dinged for three runs in the third inning and chased after giving up a couple more in the fourth. It wasn't the sharpest performance in his final tune-up before the regular season, but Peralta got his pitch count up to 80.
Chicago Cubs DFS Spin
Frank Schwindel went 2-for-4 with a run scored, an RBI, and a walk as the Cubs took care of the Brewers, 9-0. Neither of his singles drove in a run, but his bases-loaded groundout in the bottom of the first scored Nick Madrigal and put the Cubs up 2-0. The longtime minor leaguer slashed .326/.371/.591 over 242 at-bats in 2021 and this year should reveal whether or not last year's performance was a fluke.
Brewers vs. Cubs MLB BETTING PREDICTION
Despite dropping the first two games of this series, the Brewers are still 11-3 in their last 14 games against the Cubs and 6-2 in their last eight games at Wrigley Field. Even though Brandon Woodruff and Corbin Burnes had their issues, Peralta could be an ace for a lot of teams in MLB and the price on Milwaukee is relatively inexpensive. Plus, Cubs are still just 18-48 in their last 66 games as an underdog and are 6-21 in their last 27 games as a home dog.
