AUGUSTA, GA (TheSpread) – The first round of the 2013 Masters is complete, and a few surprising names are atop the leaderboard.

It was a scoring day at Augusta, as Marc Leishman and Sergio Garcia managed to each post a 6-under 66 Thursday to tie for the lead. Nine different golfers shot a 68 or better on the day.

According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Tiger Woods is still favored to win, as he has 7/2 odds. Other short odds to win are Dustin Johnson (7/1) and Garcia (9/1). Leishman now has 45/1 odds.

Woods shot a 2-under 70 on Thursday, putting him in a tie for 13^th place. Woods is typically not a fast starter at Augusta. His 70 on Thursday was his second-best opening round in his history at the tournament.

Dustin Johnson sits in third place after the first round. He was the lone golfer to post a 67 on the day, sitting at -5 for the tournament.
