Tiger Woods Masters Props
AUGUSTA, GA (TheSpread) – Tiger Woods hasn’t competed for a major championship in some time. Will he find a way to compete in this weekend’s Masters Championship?
According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Woods is listed at 28/1 to win the Masters this weekend. He also has 8/1 odds to record a top-5 finish and 4/1 to get a top-10 finish. When it comes to his prop odds for the event, he has been given odds of -115 to make the cut and odds of +10000 to record an ace during the tournament.
Woods is 111th in the world rankings right now and if it wasn’t for him being a former Masters champion, he wouldn’t have qualified to play. He has competed in just two events this year, missing the cut at the Phoenix Open and withdrawing in the Farmers Insurance Open because of a back injury. His last event victory came in 2013, as he went without a top-10 finish in all of 2014 due to injuries and poor play.
Despite his struggles, he has always performed well in Augusta. Woods didn’t play in last year’s Masters because of injuries, but he is a four-time Masters champion. His last victory came in 2005. He has finished in the top 10 of this event 13 times in 19 appearances. Of those top 10s, he has finished in the top 5 11 times. He only missed the cut one time in this event, which was back in 1996.
