According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, both Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods are favored to win this event, as each has 8/1 odds. The other short odds to win are Adam Scott (16/1).

Tiger Woods has never won this event. He is coming off a pair of shaky outings to start the year. He hasn’t finished in the top 40 of his only two events in 2014. He still is the No. 1 golfer in the world rankings.

McIlroy was the 2012 champion of this tournament. He is eighth in the latest world rankings. He has placed 11^th or better in six of his last seven tournaments, including one victory.

Scott has never won this event. He comes in ranking second in the world. He has had a nice run going as of late, finishing eighth or better in six straight events, including two victories.
