According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Jimmy Walker and Jordan Spieth are the co-favorites to win this week, as each has 12/1 odds to prevail. The other short odds is Jason Day, who has 14/1 odd. This event will be held Feb. 5-8 from Torrey Pines North & South Courses.

Spieth finished seventh last week in the Phoenix Open and he has placed in the top 10 in his last four tournaments, including two victories. He finished 19^th in this tournament last year. He currently sits ninth in the world rankings.

Jimmy Walker is 13^th in the world rankings and he is coming off a win in the Sony Open a few weeks ago. In two tournaments this year, he has a win and a runner-up finish. He missed the cut in this event last year.

Day is eighth in the world rankings. He finished 17^th in the Sony Open and third in the tournament of champions, his lone events of 2015. He finished in second place in this event a year ago.

Tiger Woods will be competing this week as well. He is a seven-time winner of this tournament, last winning in 2013. He comes in with 28/1 odds to win this week, but was a disaster last week in the Phoenix Open, his first tournament of 2015. He has missed the cut or finished last in three straight events and is now 56^th in the world rankings.
