(TheSpread) – The San Antonio and Memphis Grizzlies will meet in the 2013 NBA Western Conference Finals. Here is a look at the odds to win this series.

This is the Western Conference Finals with the Spurs as the second seed and the Grizzlies as the fifth seed. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Spurs are the slim favorite to win this best-of-seven, as they have odds of -115 to win, while the Grizzlies have a money line of -105 to win. Game 1 of this series will be held on Sunday at 3:30PM ET in San Antonio.

San Antonio is coming off a win in six games over the Golden State Warriors while the Memphis Grizzlies beat the defending conference champs, the Oklahoma City Thunder, in five games. San Antonio is now 66-26 overall, 39-7 at home, 27-19 on the road and 46-44-2 against the spread. Memphis is 64-29 overall, 37-9 at home, 27-20 on the road and 56-35-2 against the spread. These two teams met four times during the season, with the home team winning all four games, each team claiming two victories. San Antonio has won six of its last eight meetings with the Grizzlies, covering the spread in six of those eight games as well. The two have hit the under in six of their last eight meetings as well.
