Injury Report: Cavs forward Kevin Love left the last game due to an illness, but is expected to play today. Iman Shumpert is recovering from arthroscopic knee surgery and is out until early February. For the Spurs, Manu Ginobili has missed the last three games with a thigh contusion and will be out again tonight. Pau Gasol will be out tonight with a wrist sprain. Rudy Gay is out until early February with a heel injury. Kawhi Leonard is out indefinitely with a thigh injury.

Who the Trends Like: Cleveland is 5-11 ATS in the last 16 meetings overall. The over is 7-2 in the last nine meetings in San Antonio and 11-4 in the last 15 meetings overall.

Who We Like: It was reported Monday that the Cavaliers had an intense team meeting where several players accused Love of walking out on the team during the 148-124 loss at home Sunday versus the Thunder. It seems like some issues were worked out and Love's story was believed. Will it be a turnaround moment for Cleveland? That remains to be seen, but I do believe this team is a whole lot better than it is showing. Although it will never be a strong defensive team, there is a whole lot of room for improvement. And a contest against a pace down team such as the Spurs that is without Leonard and Gasol could be a nice remedy. I'm going to take the Cavs as a very small underdog here against a San Antonio team that has lost three of four.
