Raptors vs. 76ers Prediction
The Raptors are road favorites tonight in Philadelphia at 7:00PM ET. Will they cover against the Sixers?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Raptors are 5.5-point favorites versus the 76ers while the over/under is currently sitting at 210 points. Toronto opened as a 6-point favorite before the line was bet down, while the total opened at 212 before also falling.
DeMar DeRozan turned in a fantastic performance in the Raptors' 119-109 win over the Nets on Tuesday. He scored 36 points on 13-of-28 shooting while adding 11 rebounds, six assists and one steal. He also hit all 10 of his free throws as Kyle Lowry got the night off to rest. With Toronto playing on back-to-back nights, perhaps DeRozan will have the night off tonight while Lowry re-enters the lineup.
Nerlens Noel said he expects to play tonight versus the Raptors. "It's still a little sore, but I definitely should be able to go (Wednesday)," he said. Noel suffered an ankle injury on Saturday that forced him to sit out on Monday. Jahlil Okafor (ankle) is also listed as probable for tonight's game.
