New York Yankees DFS Spin
Gary Sanchez went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI as the Yankees fell to the Red Sox on Sunday Night in the Bronx. Sanchez gave the Yankees an early 2-1 lead with a two-run double off of Garrett Richards in the opening inning. He also singled and drew a walk in the ballgame. Even with the two-hit attack though, Sanchez is hitting just .210/.331/.384 to go along with six homers and 15 RBI on the season.
Minnesota Twins DFS Spin
Miguel Sanó walloped an RBI double on Sunday, leading the Twins to a 2-1 victory over the Royals. Sanó scalded an RBI double down the left-field line against righty Brady Singer in the third inning. The Twins would've had a chance to do additional damage, but rookie Alex Kirilloff rounded the third-base bag too wide, and was thrown out attempting to get back to end the inning. As usual, Sanó also struck out three times in the low-scoring affair. The 28-year-old first baseman owns a bizarre .161/.267/.409 triple-slash line with 20 runs scored, 11 homers and 28 RBI across 172 plate appearances.
