MLB Betting Trends
Atlanta
The Braves are 9-4 in their last 13 road games, but they have lost five straight against a right-handed starter.
Miami
The Marlins are just 2-6 in Urena’s last eight Friday starts and 7-22 in his last 29 road starts against a winning team.
Prediction:
Atlanta has won five of six with the Marlins so far this season, including three games in Miami. Sokora has been really strong on the mound. He has only allowed multiple earned runs in one of his nine starts, and that was just three runs. Sokora pitched seven strong at Miami back on May 4. Urena has given up multiple runs in eight of his last 10 starts and he gave up five runs to the Braves back on May 3. Despite Miami’s recent run, I think the matchup just favors the Braves tonight.
MLB Prediction: Atlanta Braves -190
