It seems like its a foregone conclusion that the Rangers' slugger will wind up on the injured list, the only question remaining is how much time he'll miss. Expect the Rangers to provide an update as soon as the results are in.

While the Royals have had their fair share of issues versus the Rangers (5-21 in their last 26 games against Texas), I like Kansas City’s matchup with Sampson.
