Some of the big names have skipped this event as they are looking to work on their game before The Masters in early April. Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Rory McIlroy and Lee Westwood are not here but Luke Donald, Matt Kuchar, Sergio Garcia and favorite Adam Scott are.
Donald is the defending champ at this event. He struggled a bit last week at Doral, shooting a second-round 76 to hurt his cause as he had some troubles putting. But he knows the course here and plays it well. He has a win and sixth-place finish in his two starts in the past four years.
Furyk took the Tampa Bay Championship in 2010 and finished just out of the top 10 in 2011. He was also in the playoff last year before losing to Luke Donald. He hasn't played that well this year in limited events but expect him to compete for the top spot on one of his favorite courses.
