Boston won the first meeting this season with Dallas at home, 116-106. The Celtics were also a 3-point favorite in that one. I think the Mavs beating Milwaukee is going to work in Boston’s favor tonight. The Celtics won’t be able to take Dallas lightly because of it and I expect the Celtics at their best. I wouldn’t expect the Mavericks to be able to catch Boston off guard and I think the Mavs will struggle to sustain offense without Doncic in the lineup. They took advantage of Milwaukee not taking them seriously, but Boston should lock in defensively and give the Mavs a hard time tonight.
