Public Betting Trends
According to oddsmakers from online sportsbook BetNow.eu, the Clippers are 2-point favorites to beat the Trail Blazers. The total, meanwhile, sits at 218 points and as of this writing, 60% of the public betting tickets wagered at online sportsbooks are on the Clippers to cover the point spread.
Portland Trail Blazers Fantasy Spin
Damian Lillard (personal) did not attend Sunday's practice, but he will travel with the team to Los Angeles and play on Monday against the Clippers. It's unclear exactly what Lillard is dealing with, but the fact that he'll be traveling with the team and play tomorrow suggests it's nothing serious.
Los Angeles Clippers Fantasy Spin
Danilo Gallinari scored 28 points (10-of-16 FG, 4-of-5 FT) with seven rebounds, two assists, two steals and four 3-pointers in 37 minutes Saturday vs. the Thunder. Gallinari's 28 points match a single-game season high for him, a mark he last reached in a Nov. 17 win over the Nets. If there's a negative for the forward it's that he turned the ball over seven times, with that figure being his worst of the season to date. So while Gallinari was certainly productive, the turnover count prohibited him from having an even better night at the office.
