Bulls snap skid

The Chicago Bulls ended a three-game losing streak with a surprising 98-93 win at San Antonio on Sunday. The Bulls are 7-23 on the season, 3-11 on the road, 14-16 against the spread and 20-9-1 with the under.

Chicago is struggling on offense, averaging just 101.3 points per game while shooting only 44.1 percent from the field. Defensively, the Bulls are giving up 111.7 points per game while allowing opponents to shoot 46 percent. Zach LaVine is dealing with an ankle injury and is out tonight, but the Bulls managed to win without him this weekend. He is the team’s leading scorer with 23.8 points per game. Jabari Parker is adding 15.2 points and 6.9 rebounds per contest.

Thunder looking to get win streak

Oklahoma City is just 2-3 in its last five games and the Thunder are looking to win back-to-back games following a 110-104 win over the Clippers on Saturday. OKC is 18-10 on the season, 11-3 at home, 15-13 against the spread and 16-12 with the under.

OKC has been really strong on defense this season, allowing just 105.3 points per game while holding opponents to 33 percent shooting from the arc. On offense, Oklahoma City is averaging 111.1 points per game while shooting 45.3 percent from the field. They are one of the worst 3-point shooting teams in the NBA, posting a 32.1 percent success rate. Russell Westbrook is averaging 21.1 points, 10.5 rebounds and 10.0 assists per game to lead the team while Paul George is adding 24.9 points, 7.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists per contest.

NBA Betting Trends

Chicago

The Bulls are just 10-22 against the spread in their last 32 road games and 1-6 ATS in their last seven following a win.

Oklahoma City

The Thunder are 8-3 against the spread in their last 11 home games and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 conference games.

Prediction:

Chicago pulled off a surprising upset against the Spurs, but San Antonio is not a good defensive team and allowed the Bulls to win without their leading scorer. OKC shouldn’t have that problem tonight. The Thunder will be able to easily lock up this Chicago offense while Westbrook makes plays on offense and George hits shots to allow the Thunder to pull away with relative ease.

NBA Prediction: Oklahoma City Thunder -13
