Will the host Brooklyn Nets take advantage of the early start time when they play the Brooklyn Nets today at noon?

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Trail Blazers are a 4-point favorite on the spread line. The over-under is set at 213 points.

Portland enters with a 10-8 record and 6-9-3 ATS after a 101-81 loss at the 76ers. Brooklyn is 6-11 overall and 10-7 ATS following a 119-109 loss at the Cavaliers. The Nets won the first meeting this season by a count of 104-99 in Portland on Nov. 10. The Trail Blazers are 2-1 straight up and 2-1 ATS in three meetings since the start of last season. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson had 20 points and six rebounds in the Nets' loss at Cleveland. Allen Crabbe had 15 points, four boards and two assists. Joe Harris had 18 points, five rebounds and four assists off the bench. The Nets were outscored 42-32 in the fourth quarter.

Portland is 7-3 ATS in the last 10 meetings in Brooklyn. The over is 4-1 in the last five meetings. 

Bet on Trail Blazers vs. Nets 

Brooklyn gets the benefit of playing a game at noon against a West Coast opponent that has been up and down all season. Coming off a 20-point loss at the Sixers, the Blazers go up against an opponent that has managed to play competitive basketball and cover the spread more times than not despite often being overmatched. We like the home underdogs here.
