According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Celtics are a 6.5-point favorite on the spread line. The over-under is set at 203 points.

Boston enters with a 14-2 overall record and is 13-2-1 ATS after a 92-88 home win over the Warriors, its 14th consecutive victory. Atlanta is 3-12 overall and 7-7-1 ATS following a 126-80 blowout win at home versus the Kings. The Celtics won the first meeting on Nov. 6 by a count of 110-107 in Atlanta. The Hawks have gone 2-2 straight up and 3-1 ATS in four meetings since the start of last season. The over-under has gone 2-1-1.

The Celtics were paced by Jaylen Brown as he tallied 22 points and seven boards in the win over GSW. Al Horford had a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Kyrie Irving added 16 points, six assists and five boards. Boston outscored the Warriors 50-41 in the second half.t

Dewayne Dedmon had a monster game in the win against Sacramento with 20 points, 14 rebounds, five assists, two steals and two blocked shots. Dennis Schroder had 21 points and eight assists. Taurean Prince added 14 points, eight assists, five rebounds and four steals. Atlanta outscored the Kings 64-35 in the first half.

Boston is 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings in Atlanta and 1-5 ATS in the last six meetings overall.

Bet on Celtics vs. Hawks

The Celtics struggled to pull away from Atlanta their last trip here and after an emotional win over Golden State, this game is ripe for a letdown. Boston has had a few other down performances during the streak, at least on the offensive end, but has managed to will its way to victory. That might be the case again here, but we like an Atlanta team here that is coming off its best performance of the season.
