Bucks vs. Cavaliers Pick
Will the host Cleveland Cavaliers be able to sort out their recent issues against the Milwaukee Bucks Tuesday night at 7PM EST?
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Cavaliers are a 5-point favorite on the spread line. The over-under is 221 points.
Milwaukee is 4-5 on the season after a 105-96 loss at the Pistons. Cleveland comes in at 4-6 following a 117-115 home loss to the Hawks. The Cavaliers defeated the Bucks 116-97 back on Oct. 20. Cleveland is 3-2 straight up and ATS versus the Bucks since the start of last season.
The Bucks were led by Giannis Antetokounmpo as he had 29 points and four blocked shots at Detroit. Malcolm Brogdon had 21 points and 10 assists. Khris Middleton contributed 16 points, seven assists and seven rebounds. Milwaukee trailed 59-48 at halftime.
LeBron James led the way with 26 points and 13 assists in the loss to Atlanta. Dwyane Wade had 25 points, 11 rebounds and six assists off the bench. Kyle Korver added 23 points and five boards off the bench. The Cavaliers outscored the Hawks 37-26 in the fourth quarter but were unable to earn the victory.
The over is 21-7 in the last 28 meetings. Cleveland is 1-7 ATS in its last eight games overall.
It is really difficult to bet on the Cavaliers right now as they are having massive struggles, even against an opponent as mediocre as Atlanta. The Bucks made a huge trade today in acquiring Eric Bledsoe for Greg Monroe and a first round draft pick. Bledsoe will help immensely going forward, but won't be active for this game. But until Cleveland shows some life, we'll fade it as favorites in many situations.
