Are the Brooklyn Nets and host Phoenix Suns going to race past the high total Monday night at 9PM EST?

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Suns are a 1-point favorite on the spread line. The over-under is set at 234 points.

The Nets enter with a 3-6 record after a 124-112 loss at the Lakers. Phoenix is 4-6 following a 112-95 defeat at the Spurs. The Suns defeated the host Nets 122-114 on Oct. 31 in Brooklyn. Brooklyn won both meetings last season straight up and ATS, while the over-under went 1-1.

In the loss at Los Angeles, D'Angelo Russell tallied 17 points along with seven rebounds and seven assists against his former team. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson contributed 21 points, five rebounds and four assists. Allen Crabbe had a team-high 25 points and six rebounds off the bench. The Nets were outscored in every quarter.

TJ Warren had a team-high 17 points to go with five rebounds in the loss at San Antonio. Troy Daniels scored 14 off the bench. Josh Jackson and Alex Len each scored 12 off the bench. Phoenix led by four at halftime, but were outscored 34-13 in the third quarter.

Do you trust these two defenses to keep the score down? I didn't think so. This will be a run-and-gun affair just like when they met in Brooklyn last week. The total has gone over in Phoenix the last seven times and we see no reason why this time will be different.
