Are the Memphis Grlzzlies going to cover the number on the road Saturday afternoon at the Los Angeles Clippers? Game time is 3:30PM EST.

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Clippers are a 5.5-point favorite on the spread line. The over-under is set at 199.5 points.

The Clippers are 5-2 on the season following a 119-98 home win over the Mavericks. The Grizzlies are 5-3 after a 101-99 home loss to the Magic. Los Angeles won three out of four meetings straight up and ATS last season. The over was 3-1.

Tyreke Evans paced Memphis in the loss to Orlando with 32 points, four assists and two steals off the bench. His minutes increased due to the absence of Mike Conley Jr. (sore achilles), who is questionable for Saturday's game. Marc Gasol contributed 22 points and nine rebounds. James Ennis III added 14 points and two steals.

In the Clippers' win over Dallas, Blake Griffin led the way with 20 points along with seven assists and six rebounds. Austin Rivers had 19 points and three assists. Danilo Gallinari contributed 14 points, six rebounds and four assists. DeAndre Jordan added 13 points and nine rebounds. Los Angeles led 66-48 at halftime.

Memphis is 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings overall, but 7-2 ATS in the last nine meetings in Los Angeles.

Bet on Grizzlies vs. Clippers

If Conley is out again for Memphis, it's hard to see it hanging on the road with the Clippers at an early start time. His presence makes it all work for the Grizzlies. But even if he is in, it's difficult to know how good he feels and the Clippers have played some very good basketball out of the gates this season. We like the hosts here, even more so if Conley doesn't play.
