Bucks cruise past Cavs

Milwaukee earned a 129-112 home victory Monday night over Cleveland to improve to 2-1 overall and 1-1 at home. The Bucks outscored the Cavaliers 70-60 in the second half to pull away. Khris Milldleton led a balanced Milwaukee scoring effort with 21 points on 9-of-14 shooting including 3-of-5 from 3-point range to go with eight rebounds and two assists. George Hill notched 19 points, eight boards, three dimes and two assists off the bench. Pat Connaughton accounted for 17 points, four rebounds and four assists. Giannis Antetokounmpo had 14 points, 10 caroms and seven assists. Eric Bledsoe registered 14 points, eight assists and four rebounds. Wesley Matthews added 4 points, three boards and two assists.

Celtics dominate Knicks

Boston cruised to a 118-95 win Saturday night at New York to move to 2-1 overall and 1-1 on the road. Kemba Walker led the Celtics with 32 points on 11-of-17 shooting including 7-of-12 from 3-point range plus 3-of-4 at the free throw line. He also accounted for five rebounds, five assists and two steals. Jaylen Brown recorded 19 points, four boards and two assists. Jayson Tatum tallied 15 points, nine caroms and four steals. Marcus Smart had 12 points, six rebounds, four assists and two blocked shots off the bench. Carsen Edwards recorded 10 points, three assists and two steals as a reserve. Boston outscored the Knicks 72-44 in the second half after trailing by five points at the break.

NBA Betting Trends

The Bucks are 19-8 ATS in their last 27 road games. Milwaukee is 7-3 ATS in its last 10 Wednesday games.

The under is 4-1 in the last five Celtics games overall. The over is 18-7-1 in the last 26 meetings in Boston.

Not only do the Bucks typically play better on the road than a lot of NBA teams, they also play a lot of high-scoring games in Boston throughout the years. With the Milwaukee offense clicking right now and having a plethora of options to balance things out, I like the over tonight. Boston is still very good defensively, but it will have to keep up on the offensive end as stopping the Bucks isn't exactly easy. Look for a high-scoring affair that stays close throughout, so if there is overtime even better for over bettors.
