Miami trailed by as many as 21 points Saturday night as it rallied to defeat host Milwaukee 131-126 in overtime. The Heat outscored the Bucks 10-5 in the extra session. Goran Dragic paced Miami with a team-high 25 points off the bench on 7-of-16 shooting including 2-of-8 from 3-point distance and 9-of-15 at the free throw line. He also registered eight assists and six rebounds. Bam Adebayo had 19 points, 13 boards and eight dimes. Kendrick Nunn contributed 18 points, five assists, four rebounds and two steals. Tyler Herro had 14 points and five caroms. Kelly Olynyk accounted for 14 points, five assists and four boards as a reserve. Derrick Jones Jr. tallied 14 points and two rebounds off the bench. Minnesota cruised to a 121-99 victory Friday night at Charlotte to improve to 2-0 on the season. The T-Wolves led by two at halftime before outscoring the Hornets 45-25 in the third quarter. Karl-Anthony Towns led Minnesota with 37 points on 13-of-18 shooting including 4-of-7 from 3-point range and 7-of-13 at the free throw line. He also registered 15 rebounds, eight assists, four steals and two blocked shots. Andrew Wiggins contributed with 16 points, four rebounds and two assists. Josh Okogie had 14 points, four boards and three assists off the bench. Treveon Graham accounted for 12 points and two caroms. Jake Layman added 12 points as a reserve.

NBA Betting Trends

The Heat are 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven games versus the Western Conference. Miami is 10-4 ATS in its last 14 road games.

The Timberwolves are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games overall. Minnesota is 2-5 ATS in its last seven games versus the Southeast Division.

Minnesota had a day off between games, while Miami expended a ton of energy to come back at a very good Milwaukee squad. Towns is on another level right now as the T-Wolves have put a lot of responsibility in his hands and he is rising to the challenge. I like Minnesota to win handily here and improve to 3-0.
