Milwaukee Bucks DFS Spin
Khris Middleton made 6-of-15 FGs and 11-of-12 FTs to score 23 points during a Game 2 loss on Wednesday, putting the Bucks in a 2-0 hole in their second-round series vs. Miami. Middleton didn't have any defensive stats but he was solid enough in the triple-double categories to hit DFS value in most formats. Wesley Matthews was very quiet in 30 minutes, scoring four points on 2-of-8 shooting with four rebounds and nothing else, and the only double-digit scorer off Milwaukee's bench was George Hill with 14 points. Milwaukee will need more from their non-superstars to climb back into this series.
Miami Heat DFS Spin
Goran Dragic was impressive in another start on Wednesday, scoring 23 points with five rebounds, four assists, four 3-pointers and two steals. Dragic shot 8-of-18 from the field and 3-of-4 from the line in 33 minutes of action. He was called for a very questionable foul on a 3-pointer from Khris Middleton, allowing the Bucks to tie the game, but was bailed out when Jimmy Butler was fouled on the next possession and hit the game-winning free throws. Dragic has buried Kendrick Nunn in the rotation, with the rookie playing just nine minutes for two points and one assist off the bench in Game 2. Miami is thriving, up 2-0 against the top seed in the East, so Dragic will obviously continue to start and play as many minutes as he can handle.
2020 NBA Playoffs Bucks vs. Heat Betting Prediction
The Heat have done an excellent job of defending Giannis Antetokounmpo in the paint, not just in this series, but also in the regular season. Miami just seems to have the formula to defend Giannis and with that, I wouldn’t be surprised if they took a commanding 3-0 series lead after tonight’s game. The Bucks are 1-4 against the spread in their last five meetings with the Heat, who have now covered six straight games. If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. I’m taking the points like I did on Wednesday.
