Phoenix Suns DFS Notes
Chris Paul (right shoulder) is questionable for Game 4 against the Lakers on Sunday. Paul definitely didn’t look quite right in Game 2, and despite looking a bit better in Game 3, his shoulder is clearly still bothering him. It would be pretty surprising to see him sit out and give the Lakers a much easier path to a commanding 3-1 series lead, but Monty Williams has been keeping a close eye on his progress. Cameron Payne will likely play a ton of minutes if CP3 can’t suit up.
Los Angeles Lakers DFS Notes
Anthony Davis will be listed as questionable for Game 4 with a left knee sprain. Davis said he hyperextended his left knee but now we have an official diagnosis from the Lakers. He said he was able to finish Game 3 by keeping it warm and that the adrenaline certainly helped, and we'd bet on him being closer to probable than questionable. For what it's worth, Davis made it sound like he'll give it a go. As for Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (quad bruise), nothing has changed and he'll also be listed as questionable.
Suns vs. Lakers Playoffs Prediction
The under is 6-2 in the last eight meetings between these two teams in Los Angeles and is 3-1-1 in the last five meetings between these two teams overall. The under is also 3-0-1 in the Lakers’ last four games overall, is 4-1-1 in their last six playoff games as a favorite and is 7-1 in their last eight games following a win of more than 10 points.
