Warriors vs. Spurs Game 3 Pick

As the Western Conference Finals shift to the home of the San Antonio Spurs, will they be able to hang with the Golden State Warriors in Game 3 of the series tonight at 9PM ET?

According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Warriors are favored on the road, as they are getting odds of -6 points against the Spurs. The over/under total for the game is listed at 212.5 points.

The Warriors hammered the Spurs in Game 2, picking up a 136-100 win at home to go up 2-0 in the series. The Warriors have now won three of five meetings with the Spurs this season. Golden State is 77-15 overall, 35-10 on the road and 46-43-3 against the spread. San Antonio is 69-27 overall, 36-11 at home and 49-45-2 against the spread.

Game 2 was way back on Tuesday, but the Warriors were able to hammer the Spurs, who were without Kawhi Leonard due to his ankle injury. Stephen Curry put up 29 points, seven rebounds and seven assists in the win while Kevin Durant had 16 points. Patrick McCaw added 18 points off the bench. The Spurs were led by Jonathon Simmons, who had 22 points. San Antonio was 37-of-100 shooting in the loss.

Bet on Warriors vs. Spurs

Leonard is listed as questionable for tonight’s game, but it’s hard to imagine he won’t play, even if hampered. This is a must-win for the Spurs, so they can’t afford to be without him. The Warriors could be without some key players as Draymond Green (back), Zaza Pachulia (heel) and Andre Iguodala (knee) are all questionable as well. Losing Green would be a big loss for the Warriors due to all he does. Iguodala sat out Game 2 and that had little impact. The Spurs have their backs against the wall tonight, so I believe they will put up a strong effort. Golden State struggled against a Leonard-led Spurs team in Game 1 and I think this game will be competitive as well. Golden State may win, but I see the Spurs covering.
