Russell Westbrook moved past the great Oscar Robertson for the No. 1 spot on the NBA's all-time, triple-double list on Monday, recording the 182nd triple-double of his career with 28 points, 13 rebounds and 21 assists in a one-point loss to the Hawks. Westbrook finished 10-of-22 from the floor and 5-of-5 at the stripe and he added three triples and just three turnovers in his 40 minutes of floor time. He had his triple-double early in the fourth quarter, and he broke Robertson record — which stood for 47 years — in 100 fewer games played. This was also the second 20-assist game Russ has produced over the past week, and he has five straight games with at least 15 dimes, so he's likely been the key piece on a lot of winning 8-cat teams this season.

Clint Capela was a monster on the glass during Monday's win over the Wizards, pulling down 22 rebounds to go with 10 points, one assist, four swats and just one turnover across 35 minutes. Capela was held to just 10 points and nine boards with no blocks his last time out, but he swatted his first shot within his first four minutes of play tonight, had three by halftime, and pulled down his 10th board early in the second quarter. This was his 54th game of the season with double-digit rebounds, the 20th time he’s done so by halftime, and his sixth game of the year with at least 20 boards. John Collins was also solid tonight, finishing with 28 points, eight rebounds, one assist, one 3-pointer, one steal, two blocks and one turnover in 33 minutes.
