Hill remains questionable
Cleveland point guard George Hill missed Game 4 with back spasms as his team prevailed 104-100 in his absence. Hill's biggest impact this series came in Game 3 when he scored 13 points in 23 minutes in a 92-90 loss at Indiana. Hill has averaged 9.4 points along with 2.8 assists and 2.7 rebounds in 26 games with Cleveland after coming over in a trade deadline deal with Sacramento. His scoring has gone down from 10.3 points with the Kings in slightly less minutes per game, but his assist and rebound numbers have remained exactly the same.
Korver huge factor in win
It's no secret that LeBron James loves playing alongside sharpshooter Kyle Korver, who helps spread the court as defenses must remain honest. With Cleveland in danger of falling into a 3-1 series deficit, Korver played a big role in helping the Cavs to the victory as he was 4-of-9 from 3-point range and 6-of-7 from the charity stripe for 18 points in 26 minutes. He added three rebounds, two blocked shots and an assist. Korver missed some time this season after the unexpected death of his brother, but the 37-year-old averaged 9.2 points and shot 43.6 percent from 3-point range in 73 games during the regular season.
NBA Betting Trends
Indiana
The Pacers are 6-0 ATS in their last six games following a straight up loss. Indiana is 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings.
Cleveland
The under is 5-0 in the last five Cavaliers games overall. Cleveland is 1-6 ATS in the last seven home games versus the Pacers.
Prediction:
The Cavs have had inflated spreads all season and are only 33-52-1 ATS this season. Coupled with the Pacers having given Cleveland all sorts of fits this series and over the last couple years, I'm comfortable taking the points with the visitors. And dare I say, LeBron James at times has looked worn down. He's logged so many minutes this season, did not miss a regular season game for the first time in his career and will be 34 years old at the end of the year. It might be hitting him hard right now even if he won't admit it.
