Nets vs. Pelicans NBA Prediction
The over has been profitable in previous Nets and Pelicans matchups but will these teams combine for enough points on Tuesday night to cash the over in New Orleans?

Brooklyn Nets DFS Spin
Kevin Durant (left thigh contusion) won't play on Tuesday against the Pelicans. Durant left Sunday's game early with the injury, and it's no surprise that the Nets are once again playing things safe with him. Jeff Green and Alize Johnson should benefit most statistically with KD sidelined, and Blake Griffin could see more minutes, too. Nicolas Claxton also won't play due to medical protocol.
New Orleans Pelicans DFS Spin
Lonzo Ball recorded a line of five points (2-of-9 FGs), seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and one 3-pointer in 27 minutes during Sunday's loss to the Knicks. Ball had a tough afternoon at the office. On New Orleans' final defensive possession of regulation he sagged off of Reggie Bullock, whose corner three pushed the game into overtime. Ball's day came to a close 2.3 seconds later as, due to his minutes restriction, he did not play at all in the extra session. How much longer Ball will have his minutes monitored hasn't been determined yet, but this has to be a frustrating situation for those who still have him rostered.
Nets vs. Pelicans Betting Prediction
The over is 23-5 in the last 28 meetings between these two teams and is 12-1 in the last 13 meetings in New Orleans. The over is also 13-4 in the Nets’ last 17 games coming off a loss, is 5-2 in their last seven games overall and 22-9 in their last 31 games playing on one day of rest. On the other side, the over is 22-7 in the Pelicans’ last 29 home games, is 24-9 in their last 33 games playing on one day of rest and 13-4 in their last 17 games as a home favorite.
